When scheduling a game from "Team Dashboard" ( as a team admin )

- The Team That is Selected in the "Viewing" Dropdown has to be one of the teams in the game being scheduled. 

- If you do not want to schedule a game with this team you must select your team from the dropdown first before following these steps.

- When game is scheduled, the opposing team must accept the game invite for the game to appear on the opposing teams schedule

When Scheduling a game from "League Dashboard" ( as a league admin )

- You are allowed to schedule a game with any team in your league or in a childs league

- neither team in the scheduled game need to accept the game because the league scheduled it (does not apply to scheduling as a team admin

For Scheduling a game from Team Dashboard (if you are a team admin but not a league admin)

       2. Click The "Schedule" Tab from the side menu

       3. Select your team from the "Viewing Dropdown"

       3. Click the green "New Game" button on the top right of the schedule content

       4. Fill out the form to schedule a new game

Important Notes : 

- The Team you have selected in the viewing dropdown will be automatically entering into the home or visiting field if you enter the opposing team first

- Location: allows the use of both google searched locations and plain text location

- Event: is the title of the event you are scheduling

       3. Select your team from the "Viewing Dropdown"

       3. Click the green "Bulk Scheduler" button on the top right of the schedule content

       4. Fill out the form to schedule a new game

Click The green "Add Another" button to add another game form

Click The green check mark contained inside of one game form to submit just that game

or

Click The "Submit All" button to schedule all games forms on the page

For Classic Site (pre 2022 release)

 

 

1. Login to ScoreMonster.com, then click the Schedule sub-tab. 
2. Click Schedule New Game.
3. Select your team from the Your Team drop-down.
4. If you know the opponent’s name, type the first three letters and you will see search results you can select from.
5. Designate the home team by clicking the appropriate "Is Home Team" checkbox. (Note: the Location field will populate if the selected Home Team has an address listed in ScoreMonster.)
6. Game Type will determine if the game counts towards your team's league standings. Selecting a game type with a "*" or "**" will calculate that game's result in your team's league standings.
7. Scoring Engine tells ScoreMonster where to look for game results. For example, choosing iScore will tell Score Monster to retrieve the game results from iScore.
8. Start Date is where you select the date and time of the game. Once selected, click Done.  
9. Once all information is entered and you click Save, the new game will immediately be added to your schedule. 
10. Note: If you scheduled a game against an existing ScoreMonster team, an email notification is sent to the opponent’s team administrator(s) to accept the game you scheduled. Once they click accept, it will also appear on their schedule. (Even if the opponent doesn't accept the game invitation, the game will still appear on your schedule and can be scored as normal. The stats from the game will simply not integrate with the opponent’s team statistics.)
