Note: Before you can start scoring and syncing game results, you first need to connect your iScore device ID to your ScoreMonster account. The iScore application on your mobile device will provide a Customer ID.
HOW TO LOCATE YOUR ISCORE MOBILE "CUSTOMER ID":
- From your iScore mobile device, go to Options.
- Under Options, Customer ID is located in the lower-left quadrant.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST DO AN INITIAL "EXPORT" FROM YOUR ISCORE DEVICE BEFORE YOU CAN DO THE NEXT STEPS TO ACTIVATE YOUR DEVICE WITH YOUR SCOREMONSTER ACCOUNT.
HOW TO ADD YOUR ISCORE MOBILE "CUSTOMER ID" TO YOUR SCOREMONSTER ACCOUNT:
- Login to ScoreMonster.com.
- Select My Account.
- From My Account, select the Connect tab.
- From Connect tab, select Add New Connection.
- Complete the Add New Connection form:
- For Partner, select iScore.
- For Type, select Device ID.
- Click the Activate button for your device ID. Remember, you needed to do an initial Export from your iScore device for the activation to complete successfully.
