Problem
HELP! I added players remotely to my Iscore devices.
After exporting the game to ScoreMonster and Importing a new game, When setting up line ups for new games, those added players are listed as duplicates in our roster. how do i remove eliminate the duplicate?
Solution
1) Exit game & return to Main menu
2) Select Player Manager (See Image Below)
3) Select "merge" button in bottom left corner (See Image Below)
- Screen will change to 2 list view
4) find choice player/duplicate in list
5) In both list views (Top duplicate name = Iscore) (bottom duplicate name = scoremonster)
6) Select the botton duplicate player name in the left row "score monster" - name will highlight (See Image Below)
7) Select the top duplicate player name in right row "Iscore" - name will highlight (See Image Below)
8) Selected "merge" in top right (See Image Below)
9) Selected players are now linked
- Duplicate player may remain listed after meging
- Do not delete either player in roster, for both will delete
10) Score and exported game to Scoremonster
11) Import Next game to Iscore
12) In roster, player duplication will be fixed (See Image Below)
