Create a New Submission Report

1. Login to Scoremonster 

2. Click on the "League Dashboard" on the side menu

3. Click on the "Registrations" sub tab 

4. Find the Player Registration in the list that you would like to use the report builder on.

5. Click on the number in the "Submissions" column for the player registration you choose in step 4.

6. Features of the Report Builder: 

1. A Submission Report will be Generated with stock Fields selected

2. Customize your report by adding or removing Fields or filtering your list giving you control over how your data is presented

3. Save your work using the save control for later work or viewing

4. Download your work using the download csv control

 

Field Selection 

Giving you the ability to create a custom submission report by selecting and unselecting Specific field categories and options. Report will only show selected field options. User may select all or select individual field options while selecting “field Selected”. Field # will reflect how many data fields will be shown.

Parent/Guardian Information –Will only show if parent/guardian information is required in registration. when enabled data will reflect ScoreMonster account or data entered for additional parent/guardian.

Player Information– Data Entered for player information registration page

Additional Information – Data entered specific to each registration

Program information – All Programs available in registration & Program Fee (Total sum of all programs that the player has been added to)

Payment Information- Payment Status & Type of Payment

Submission information – Submission Date & Time

 

Rule Selection 

Specific data field to sort report by. To work successfully, the rule needs to be accompanied by a condition. Combination (rule- payment status/condition- not – paid. report will show all submissions unpaid or pending)

Additional Rules – Multiple rules will act as the either/or function. Submissions will show if they match the conditions of either rule

 

Condition

Specific manipulation for chosen rule - dependent on condition choice.

Equal to = - Data needs to exactly match written condition (Rule – Program name 1/Condition- Equal to 12u)

Greater Than > - Used for numerical value. Ex. Date of Birth, Payment Amount, Submission Date & Time

Less Than < - Used for numerical value. Ex. Date of Birth, Payment Amount, Submission Date & Time

Not<> - Used to eliminate submission Ex. (rule- payment status/condition- not – paid. report will show all submissions unpaid or pending)

Like % - Used for broader searches in data fields Ex. (rule player name/condition-like – Smith. Report will show all submissions with smith in the name)
