For Control Panel (2022 release)
1. To enable Team Registration/Form Builder/Approval Dashboard functions, contact ScoreMonster Support at Support@scoremonster.com


2. Once enabled - On the League Manager page Select the yellow "New Player Registration" icon of desired league
3. To create a new Team Registration, select “Create New Team Registration” Link. This will bring you to Page 1 of the Team Registration Configuration titled Basic Settings

4. Basic Settings - set registration title, start and end dates and select to have your registration require roster information. Once complete select save and continue to move to page 2 of the Team Registration Configuration titled Insurance. Save and exit to save your configuration and return to the registration dashboard

5. Insurance - Toggle button to yes to activate insurance setting for your league registration. Select the age range, amount and insurance description. Toggle button to No to skip this step. Select Save and Continue to continue to Page 3 of the Team Registration Configuration titled League Fees/Tax Details

6. League Fees/Tax Details - Input payment amount required for team to register for league. If amount requires tax, select the taxable checkbox to activate tax fields. Select Save and Continue to continue to page 4 of the Team Registration Configuration titled Payment Information

7. Payment Information - If your league requires a transaction select payment options here. Options include paying by Cash or Check and PayPal. Select Save and Continue to continue to Page 5 of the Team Registration Configuration titled Confirmation
8. Confirmation – View a complete read out of the registration you have constructed. Once finished select save and submit to give your registration the status of ready. Select save and continue to save your registration as a draft

9. Once League registration has the status of ready, it can still be edited. Once a submission has been done, League Admin is no longer able to edit
