Inactive players appearing in your line up is caused by the cache stored on your device for the Iscore app. To resolve this issue, one must clear the data saved by Iscore. To do so follow the directions below for either IOS or Android devices.
*Deleting Iscore data will remove all game data scored on your device. This will remove all game under game manager. Make sure all games are exported before following steps below*
IOS Device
- Select settings app
- Select General
- Select iPhone/iPad storage
- Select Iscore App
- Select delete app
- Enter app store – redownload app
- Once app is reinstalled import next game
- Issue will be resolved
Android Device
- Select Apps
- Select Settings
- Select Apps
- Select Iscore
- Select Storage
- Select Clear Data
- Import game again
- Issue will be resolved
